Mexican Expectations

Tomorrow I will be leaving to Mexico and I am very excited to see what Mexico has to offer. I cannot wait for it to happen. Yay!

I am so grateful that I know this guy from a friend who is willing to meet me in Mexico and show me some nice places there. It would be convenient for me because he can also speak Spanish and I don't have to worry looking silly talking to a local in my broken Spanish.

My goal in going to Mexico is to peruse some of the churches around the city especially the church where they keep the apparition things of the Lady of Guadalupe. I am also expecting to see some good museums whom I read online and also see some nice paintings of the famous Mexican painter Diego Luna whose murals were famous around the world.

My next goal is to see the Aztec ruins which my new found friend is willing to drive me there. I hope this trip will be a good and productive one.

I will also visit Frida Kahlo's house to see her paintings and hear her story. Also I will taste some superb Mexican cuisines and drinks. Oh.... I can't just wait to have done that.

Well, tonight I am at work and can't get my excitement abate. I am so damn excited to leave and bask in a warm Mexican city rather than the cold and nippy air of Los Angeles.

I have packed already and just can't wait to drag my luggages to the airport and then start my sojourn and chronicle my experiences.

I hope this trip will be a fruitful one and can't wait to do it.
